We are in need of dedicated patient companion volunteers! Columbus Hospice was established in 1979 to provide loving, compassionate care to persons of all ages who have a life-limiting illness and their families. Patients are cared for at home or in a home-like setting, with services provided by a skilled team of professionals. This team includes trained volunteers. Volunteers assist with running errands, providing companionship, and reading aloud. If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer, please contact Terri Roberts, Director of Volunteer Services, at 706-243-0044, for information on training schedules.
