You have a chance to make a difference in the lives of under privileged children in Troup County by donating school supplies. Many children in Foster Care and DFCS struggle having what they need to start back to school. This year St Peter’s is working with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children) to provide book bags with supplies to children in Foster Care, children within the Department of Family and Children Services and families associated with St. Vincent DePaul. On June 29 there will be a table in the church lobby with supply lists of items needed. Please return your donated items to this table during the next couple of weeks. All items need to be returned by July 21. Thanks for your kindness.
Attentions all Ladies of the Church: CCW will host an Ice CreamSocial on Sunday, July 21st from 2 pm to 4 pm in the Parish hall. Bring your children!
